Airport opens - Vendors may come and set up booths and
prepare for the day. Static Displays will be arriving and setting up their areas. Breakfast will be available for purchase. Parks & Recreation will have events for children up to 8th grade and will be located in large hangar by the food vendors. Jet Pilot Photos will be set up so you can have your picture taken in an F-4 Phantom along with other vendors |

The Pilot's brief will take place in the CAF hangar. |

Food vendors will be in full swing (no breakfast will be available), Culpeper Barnstormers Club Model Planes will be on display, face painting will be underway and static displays will be situated for viewing. |

Announcements will be made regarding the show and the crowd will be gathered behind barriers to watch the Pre-Show and Air Demonstrations. |

Pre-Show Culpeper Barnstormers Club Model
Airplanes flying. Prepare to move behind the show line. MCJROTC Color Guard and special guest Jana Leigh McWhorter singing the National Anthem. |

Air Show commences with the Bealeton Flying Circus, Charlie Schwenker, Dr. Smoke, Kevin Russo, Art Nalls, and others performing. |

Blue
Ridge Bi-Plane Ride-Hopping in a beautiful 1942 Waco for a fee. Free Flights for Young Eagles ages 8-17 located on South end of tie-down ramp Raffle prize winners drawn. |

2009 Culpeper AirFest completes. Visitors invited to watch departing aircraft. |
